1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using ProductAlert ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Apple Standard EULA

ProductAlert uses the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this App, you also agree to Apple's Standard EULA, which governs your use of apps downloaded through the App Store.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

ProductAlert offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase option to unlock premium features ("ProductAlert Pro"):

• Monthly subscription — billed monthly
• Annual subscription — billed annually
• Lifetime purchase — one-time payment

4. Subscription Terms

For auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual):

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Description of Service

ProductAlert is a product safety and recall monitoring application that aggregates recall warnings from official EU and international sources. The App provides real-time product recall alerts, barcode scanning, safety news, and statistics. Premium features include unlimited barcode scans, push notifications, and priority alerts.
